Day 1 of the tour itinerary: Rishikesh by Car to Guptkashi (8 hours)Drive 220 km, altitude 1319 m
Meet our agent in the morning at your hotel, train station, or airport. Go in the direction of Guptkashi. The stunning Mandakini River may be seen at Tilwara along the way. The Ardh Narishwar Temple is located near Guptakashi, which is reached by driving alongside the Mandakini River, which originates at Kedarnath. When you get in Guptakashi, check into the hotel. Spend the night at Guptakashi. (Supper is the meal.)

Day 2: Trek 14 kilometers one way from Guptkashi to Kedarnath

By Helicopter: Depending on the time of your helicopter ticket, our driver will take you to your Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi, etc.) in the morning. Please let me know the helicopter driver's timings that were listed on the ticket the day before. Helicopter services are provided in various locations by various airlines. Our driver will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel and Helipad. Once you are in Kedarnath, proceed to the Kedarnath Temple. See the Temple of Kedarnath. Darshan then went back to the helipad. Fly back. After picking you up from the helipad, our driver will bring you to your accommodation.
By Trek: Gaurikund must be reached before continuing on the trekking path to Kedarnath. After breakfast, we will make the early morning trip to Sonprayag. We will drop our automobile off in Sonprayag. There are local jeeps available for the 5-kilometer journey from Sonprayag to Gaurikund. Guests can make direct reservations at their own expense for these sharing-based jeeps. The trip from Gaurikund to Kedarnath is an additional 14 km. Visitors must set out quite early in the morning because to the lengthy trip. To start early, pick yourself a packed breakfast from the hotel. At Gaurikund, trekking is also possible with a horse, pony, or palakh. The expense of booking it is up to the guests. See the Temple of Kedarnath. Trek down to Gaurikund later. Drive your own jeep to Sonprayag. You will be picked up from Sonprayag and driven to your hotel by our driver. Due to a significant parking problem, the driver will park their car elsewhere. Kedarnath Weather: Because to its great elevation, Kedarnath has frigid temperatures for the majority of the year. Here, summers are lovely and cool, while winters are harsh. The temperature fluctuates by about 20°C during the summer. It is advised to wear light wool clothing. The temperature in Kedarnath can drop as low as 0°C during the harsh winter months. The area also receives snowfall during this period. Tourists typically steer clear of this time of year due to the severe weather.
Day 3: Badrinath to Guptkashi (9 hours)

In the evening, pilgrims participate in the Darshan of Badrivishal and Aarti after taking a dip in the Taptkund. For the Pinddan Shraddh of forefathers (Pitrus), Brahamakapal is important. Other noteworthy tourist destinations are the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River, Mana hamlet, Vyas Gufa, Mata Murti Temple, Charanpaduka, and Bhimkund. Badrinath Ji is only three kilometers away. Spend the night in Badrinath.
Badrinath Weather: It will often be approximately 18° Celsius at its highest and 8° Celsius at its lowest. As a result, wearing warm, woolen clothing is necessary for a year-round stay in Badrinath. Snowfall is common in Badrinath throughout the winter months. With an average temperature of 5° Celsius, winter is quite cold. This period is typically off-limits to tourists due to the severe weather.
Day 4: Rudraprayag, Joshimath, and Badrinath (7 hours)

Rudraprayag is one of the Alaknanda River's Panch Prayag, or five confluences. It is where the Mandakini and Alaknanda rivers converge. Rudraprayag is 86 kilometers from the Hindu holy town of Kedarnath.
The weather in Rudraprayag is generally hot in the summer, with temperatures between 35 and 40 degrees Celsius. In the winter, the days are comfortable but the nights are freezing, with temperatures between 20 and 5 degrees Celsius.
Day 5: Rishikesh by Car/Rishikesh-Rudraprayag-Travel 165 kilometers
Drive to Rishikesh by Car or Rishikesh in the morning after breakfast. The renowned spiritual city of Rishikesh, often known as the "place of sages," is situated on the Ganga River and is encircled on three sides by the Shivalik range of the Himalayas. Please carefully read communications to ensure you understand the prices and contents. After you make the reservation, all of your email exchanges will be included in your contract with us.
Because of its high elevation, Kedarnathji lacks luxurious amenities. You can only use the bed system there.
All Indian and foreign nationals must present valid identity at the time of check-in, per the Government of India's order. Voter ID cards, current driver's licenses, Aadhar cards, and passports and visas together are acceptable forms of identity. Every document needs to have a photo.
If proper identification is not shown, hotels, campers, or any other type of lodging may refuse to let you stay. Any problems relating to ID proof are not the company's responsibility.
In India, hotels typically check guests in at 14:00 and check them out at 11:00. Verify whether early check-in or late checkout will incur fees if not covered by the package. If you would like a complimentary early check-in or late check-out, please contact the hotel directly.
Meals that are included of the package will be served at a buffet or fixed meal credit on a set menu basis. At the time of consumption, additional fees will apply for any items that are not on their ideal buffet or fixed menu. The menu and item possibilities are set by the hotels. Instead of a buffet, some hotels have a meal credit scheme.
Hotel management determines the meal credit amount for the fixed menu during periods of low occupancy; if the bills exceed the meal credit amount, the additional amount must be paid directly to the relevant hotel. Many hotels charge extra for room service for the meal or packaging. In Chardham, you typically get north.
Only Indian cuisine is served, and the majority of regular and upscale hotels provide thalis if meals are part of the package.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, and dinner is served from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. (You can speak with hotel management beforehand on the timing.)
Many hotels offer rollaway beds for extra beds in double-sharing rooms, while the remaining hotels just offer extra mattresses. Please let us know in advance if you feel uncomfortable using a mattress system in place of a bed.
Many hotels in Chardham and hilly areas lack air conditioning, so if you insist on air conditioning, please check with the hotel about it. The majority of the hotels in Chardham do not have lifts or power backup. Although the room heater and wifi are generally charged, Chardham hotels typically have poor wifi because of network problems.
Do not expect the same level of service and room quality in Chardham as you would in Rishikesh by Car, Rishikesh, at the same price range, as the majority of the hotels there are not open all year round. Budget/standard hotels in Chardham might be more expensive than premium hotels in Rishikesh by Car-Rishikesh or Delhi, particularly during May, June, and other popular times. Additionally, since nice hotels are typically reserved in advance by groups, you should make your reservations at least three months in advance in May and June and one to two months in advance in October and November if you want to stay at a hotel with good reviews. Just minimal dharamshala/budget hotel amenities are available in Kedarnath; even if your package is luxury in Kedarnath, do not expect even deluxe rooms.
Vehicle Terms & Conditions: Not all hilly terrain or parked or halted vehicles will have air conditioning. The a/c system will not function outside of the hilly hills that begin at Dehradun and Rishikesh. The charges per car for air conditioning in the hills are as follows: Indigo, Dzire, Etios, and Innova/Tavera/Bolero are Rs 300 per day, Rs 400 per day, and Rs 500 per day for a 12-seater.
The vehicle may be used for sightseeing along the journey, inside the city limits, and at locations specified in the itinerary. Please get in touch with the company for more sightseeing, off-route sightseeing, sightseeing outside of the city borders, or substitute sightseeing. If a specific tourist destination is not included, there will be no refund. If you would like to go on any excursions, please let the firm know in advance or speak with them about it instead of the driver. Together, you should visit all of the local tourist attractions. However, we can make adjustments if there are occasionally problems with a certain location. Some locations, such as Trijuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, AdiBadri, Bhavishya Badri, etc., are not on the Chardham itinerary. If you would want to add these locations instead of drivers, please get in touch with the company directly.
We shall make every effort to set up a replacement vehicle as soon as feasible for any severe issues if the vehicle breaks down for any technical reason. The car will be fixed for minor issues that will not take long. Please cooperate.
We disclaim all liability for any program delays or changes, as well as for any costs resulting directly or indirectly from natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, transportation malfunctions, weather, illness, landslides, closures or blockades brought on by political turmoil, or other similar events.

Drivers should not be compelled to drive on tiny streets or roads that can cause traffic jams, nor will they drive in no-entry zones. Drivers typically work 12 hours a day; if you require services for more than 12 hours, please let us know in advance.
Due to the potential for fatalities, driving after nightfall and listening to music are prohibited on certain hilly roads. Please help with the same.
There will only be one pickup and drop location; if there will be several, please note this in an email exchange prior to making a reservation.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to visit a specific location more than once, as some parking lots have extremely expensive fees.
The route and destination of the tour cannot be changed without prior notice; however, the rates may change.
Rates are subject to vary based on changes in the price of gasoline and diesel in India. Even if the rates are confirmed earlier, we will raise the rate if the prices have grown by more than 5% from the time of booking.
If the automobile you reserved is not available, the company maintains the right to provide you with a comparable vehicle.
Depending on the location and time constraints, some roads, shopping markets, and malls have "NO ENTRY" signs for all larger tourist vehicles. This is the case at many hill stations and tourist destinations. In such cases, guests must arrange for another available form of transportation, which comes at an extra cost and is paid for directly; this expense is not covered by the perfect package.
Sometimes the parking lot is a little distance from the tourist attractions. Visitors are responsible for their own transportation to the parking lot.
No reimbursement for a brief visit or unveiled amenities.
If there are circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, a landslide, a natural disaster, fire, an embargo, government actions or decisions, a political or national crisis, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, or other similar causes, strikes or issues at airlines, rails, buses, hotels, or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or circumstances that prevented the customer from reaching their destination and beyond our control, we will not offer any refunds or cancellations.
Any accident, injury, death, or theft of person or property that occurs during the tour is not the company's responsibility.
Management retains the right to cancel any service without providing a refund until the entire upfront payment for the service is received from the
client and approved by the business.
Any implicit guarantees imposed by the laws of any state or nation other than India are specifically disclaimed by the company here. The company exclusively considers and plans to use the Rishikesh by Car, Uttarakhand, India, court's jurisdiction.
