Itinerary
Day 1 at 8:30 a.m.Guptkashi Helipad is picked up from Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun.
9:30 a.m.Arrive at Guptkashi (to switch to Kedarnathji via helicopter).
Guptkashi for Kedarnathji at 10:00 a.m.
10:15 a.m.Kedarnathji, come. You will be given priority Darshan.
Departure time for Guptkashi from Kedarnathji is 13:45.
At 14:00, arrive in Guptkashi
16:00Depart for Dehradun.
Conditions and Terms
1 Priority Darshan Fee: Rs. 2100 per individual
2 From May to November, when the temple's Kapat is closed around Dipawali, the Sri Kedarnath Ji Helicopter service operates regularly from Phata Helipad. Typically, flights do not operate during the monsoon season.
Three pilgrims who return the same day will receive one hour and thirty minutes. There will be a fee of Rs. 1100 per person for the Darshan of Shri Kedarnath Ji and Special Priority Darshan. (VIP Darshan is not necessary for pilgrims staying overnight.)
4 The time of reporting and the time of boarding should not be confused; boarding will occur up to one hour following the reporting time.
5 Although every attempt will be made to accommodate passengers in their own group, this is not always feasible since priority seats or weight adjustments must be made when preparing the passenger load.
6 Typically, pilgrims who join the helicopter service for Shri Kedarnath Ji after 4:00 PM would return early the following day.
7 Only two kilograms of hand luggage per person will be allowed.
8 Kids older than three will be regarded as full tickets.
9 You can make an advance reservation by paying for the ticket in full.
Ten Travelers Overweight fees will be applied if the weight exceeds 85 kg, although the corporation will still be able to keep its seat on the journey. At the Phata Office, this will be decided.
11 The company will provide accommodations for the passengers on the next flight date if the journey cannot be completed on a certain day due to weather conditions or technical issues.
12 Operations require consent from the Uttarakhand government.
13 In addition to the package pricing, service tax will be charged.

15 The courts in New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
Policy for Cancellations
10% of the package price would be retained as a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 45 days or more prior to travel.
2 A 20% cancellation fee would be applied if the package was canceled 35–44 days prior to travel.
3. A 30% cancellation fee would be applied if the package was canceled between 22 and 34 days prior to departure.
4 A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the package price would be charged if the cancellation was made 21 days or less prior to departure.
5 Absent: The cancellation cost would be 100% of the package price.
