1. You will have one and a half hours (1 hour and thirty minutes) to return to Sh Kedarnath Ji on the same day. Devotees must purchase a Priority Darshan slip for the same-day return at a cost of 2100/-per person, or as determined by the temple administration committee. (Devotees of night halt are exempt.)
2. Passengers must be at Phata Helipad by 6 p.m. on the same day, or as advised by the Phata Helipad Office.
3. The reporting hours for the night halt will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Phata office will need to confirm the flight time and the reporting time.
4. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us well in advance. Otherwise, cancellation fees will be assessed. 05. The entire payment must be deposited in advance into the business's account number.
06. After you deposit the money, you must give us a copy of the bank deposit slip.
07. Once our bank has verified that the money was transferred into the company's account, confirmed tickets will be mailed to you. The Bank requires a minimum of two working days for confirmation. Tickets will therefore be supplied as soon as the bank verifies the amount.
08. We may last-minutely organize your flight with any other permitted aviation due to operational constraints, technical issues, and other unforeseen situations.
9. Children over two years old are charged in full, while children under two years old are not charged.
10. The time that passengers are provided is simply for reporting; it should not be interpreted as the flight time. 11. The minimum passenger wait time would be two to three hours, but it may go up to four hours depending on the ground circumstances, such as the weather, when the helicopter needs to be refueled, or whether there are no passengers available on either side.
12. There would be no payment, reimbursement, or compensation for lodging, food, or transportation expenses.
13. Older people (over 80) and those with disabilities would be given preference.
14. No more than two kilograms of luggage may be carried by any one passenger throughout the journey. Helicopter flights would not be permitted to carry excessive amounts of luggage.
15. Expected Time: Depending on a number of unforeseen circumstances, the flight will take at least one hour after arriving at the Phata office and boarding. Check-in procedures must be completed during this period.
16. If a passenger weighs more than 85 kg, there will be an overweight fee, but the company will still be able to keep their seat. At the Phata Office, this will be decided.
17. Group concerns are not taken into consideration; even if a traveler is traveling in a group, they may still have to travel alone on several flights. Depending on your weight, the availability of flights, and the weather, you may also have to wait between flights.
18.Cancellation In the event of inclement weather, a technical issue with the helicopter, or any other unanticipated situation, the company will reimburse the whole fee and assume no liability for seat management.
19. Since weather is a major factor in certain areas of operation, tickets will be returned through the appropriate channel (bank transfer) if flights are cancelled for any reason beyond of our control. Refunds may take a few days, depending on the ground conditions
