HELICOPTER CHARDHAM: 5N/6D Dehradun - Yamunotri - Gangotri - Kedarnath - Badrinath Heli-Tour

ADVANCED PACKAGE INCLUDES
Helicopter travel to and from the Chardham shrines in Dehradun.
On the day of arrival, stay in Dehradun to relax and prepare for your Chardham Yatra. The first night's only inclusions are dinner and breakfast.
Five nights of lodging: one night at each Dham with full board, and one night at Dehradun on a MAP basis.
There is vegetarian Jain food served at the hotels.
At all four locations, local sight-seeing is guided by Himalayan Heli guides.

TOUR GUIDELINES:
Go Global Travels retains the right to rotate passengers between helicopters in order to maintain the proper weight for safe flying in our fleet of helicopters. •VIP Darshans are subject to the orders issued by the temple authorities and State government.the hills. As a result, a group of people may not be able to board the same helicopter.

•FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS: This helicopter tour operates on a daily fixed departure schedule, with set departure times for each destination. Passengers must so make sure they arrive in accordance with the planned ETDs. However, Himalayan Heli has the right, due to inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, to modify or postpone the scheduled flight time by one day.

•BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Each passenger is only permitted to check a maximum of one bag, weighing five kilograms. Since carrying large travel bags or luggage inside the helicopter is not allowed, our staff will offer duffle bags to each passenger on the day of arrival.
For the tour to go effectively, arrival and departure details must be provided at the time of booking.
• Travelers should schedule flights to arrive in Dehradun by 2:00 pm or earlier.
• Kedarnath shuttle service: A shuttle service will transport passengers to Kedarnath ji. Additionally, it's possible that passengers traveling in groups won't have enough room on the

same flight. Passengers will be responsible for any unexpected increases in taxes or levies imposed by the State Government or the temple authorities.
In the event that yatra registration online becomes required, travelers will need to complete this step ahead of time.
• For the tour, comfortable attire is recommended, such as tracksuits or kurtas. It is recommended to use trekking or sports shoes.
• At each of the Dhams, Himalayan Heli has its own crew. They will be able to help by being with the

The airport transfer should be given on the day of arrival or at most one day in advance of the arrival; the same holds true for the drop off at the Dehradun Airport. Each team would receive just one transfer.
• There is really weak network coverage at Harsil & Badrinath. The primary telecom providers in these areas are Jio, Airtel, and BSNL.

• Due to the high altitude of all the temples in the Chardham area, travelers are encouraged to bring medication with them. They are also urged to pack warm clothes because the temperature can drop significantly in the evenings and at night.

• It is now recommended that before starting the yatra, senior individuals and those with health concerns see a doctor and get checked out. A traveler needs a medical examination mostly if they have a medical condition.

Day 1 of the Chardham Itinerary:
Day 1: Today is the day that we report to Dehradun, our primary base (where we start and finish).
The Helicopter Tour.
Himalayan Heli organizes an additional night stop, which includes breakfast and dinner, so that the travelers may unwind and get ready for the next leg of their journey.
• Depending on when they arrive, passengers will be picked up from the Dehradun airport, railway station, or bus stand.
• Our Dehradun team will offer a tour briefing in the evening at 1900 hours, which is required to attend. During the tour briefing, duffel bags will be provided. Passengers must pack any essential luggage; a maximum of 5 kg per person is allowed.

Day 2: The Yamuna Dham
Yamunotri to Sahastradhara 0630 hours Leave the Dehradun hotel.
Sahastradhara Helidrome 0730 hours ETD; Kharsali Helipad 0800 hours ETA.
• Today marks the beginning of the Chardham Yatra. The passengers will have an early breakfast before checking out of the accommodation at 06:30 am. Our staff will get them from the hotel and drive them to Sahastradhara Helidrome.
• At its own Heli-base in Kharsali, Himalayan Heli's ground crew would greet the travelers. The tourists can then walk from the helipad to the hotel, where the staff will assist them in getting comfortable.
• In order to prevent the yatra rush, the guests will be brought for darshan as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
• It takes roughly five hours and thirty minutes to complete the Yamunotri Temple Darshan.

• Kharsali sightseeing includes visits to the Shani Temple, Yamuna Mata Temple, and Yamunotri Temple hot springs.
Please Take Note: Among the Chardhams, Kharsali Village is the least developed. There will be simple hotel accommodations.
06:30 Leave the Dehradun hotel at 0730 hours ETD, arriving at Kharsali Helipad at 0800 hours ETA from Sahastradhara Helidrome.

DAY 3: DHAMMAGOMPA
Yamunotri to Gangotri, departing Kharsali Heli-Base at 0800 hours ETD
ETA at Jhalla/Harsil Helipad is 08:30 hours.
Passengers must check out at 07:30 hours after breakfast.
• The Jhalla Helipad will be reached at 08:30.
• Jhalla, the second Heli-base owned by Himalayan Heli in the Chardham area. Passengers will be driven to Harsil village and settled into hotels after arriving at Jhalla.
• Harsil: This tour's most picturesque and lovely stop is Harsil, which is also well-known for its profusion of apple orchards.
• Depending on traffic, passengers will be taken for the Gangotri Dham darshan either before or after lunch.
• The Gangotri Temple Darshan takes approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes (round-trip). The

• Harsil sightseeing includes visits to the ancient Laxmi Narayan Temple and Bagodi Village. In addition, there are lots of neighboring nature walks in Harsil to explore.

Day 4: Jhalla/Harsil Helipad to Sersi at 0830 hours ETD via Kendray Dham Gogotri
ETA at Sersi Heli-Base is 0900 hours.
Passengers must check out at 07:30 hours after breakfast.
• You will arrive at Sersi Heli-base at 0900 hours.
• Sersi: The third and oldest Heli-base owned by Himalayan Heli in the Chardham region.
From here, we run the shuttle services for the Kedarnath ji shrine. • A shuttle service flight will take passengers to Kedarnath Dham for darshan. The Kedarnath Temple Darshan takes about two hours.
• Depending on the aircraft's maximum weight carrying capability at a high-altitude location like Kedarnath, passengers may be transported on separate shuttle services flights. • The shuttle services flight from Sersi to Kedarnath takes around 07 minutes.
• Sersi sightseeing: The Triyuginarayan Temple is the site of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati's celestial marriage. (Subject to weather and road traffic circumstances).

Day 5: The Bard College
From Sersi Heli-Base, Badrinath is reached at 0600 hours ETD.
ETA at Badrinath Helipad is 06:30 hours.
The departure time for passengers is 0500/0530 hours.
• We will arrive at Badrinath around 06:30.
• The traveler will first eat breakfast and check into the accommodation. Depending on the rush, darshan and sightseeing will take place after lunch or breakfast.
• The Badrinath Temple Darshan takes between 01 to 1.5 hours.
The car will transport the passengers from the hotel to the temple.
• Sightseeing in Badrinath: Mana Village, which is close to the Chinese border and is referred to as the "First Village of India," is worth seeing.
• Aarti/special pooja at the Badrinath Temple: Swaran/Chandi Aarti (available at Badrinath on a separate basis for direct payment; additional vehicle fees apply).

DAY 06: Go back to Delhi
From Sahastradhara to Badrinath
From Badrinath Helipad, 06:30 hours ETD
ETA at Sahastradhara Helidrome is 07:30 hours.
The departure time for passengers is 0530/0545 hours.
• Our staff will greet the passengers when they arrive.
• Following that, travelers will be driven to the Dehradun hotel where they may pick up their bags from the cloak rooms and eat breakfast.
• They will later be dropped off at the airport or train station, where we will say our goodbyes to the passengers.
The end of the Chardham yatra is now.

TERMS AND SUMMARY
• COVID-19 Travel Advisories
Passengers are required to follow COVID protocols in accordance with the official mission of the
authority. Passengers will not be allowed to board if the government's requirements are not followed, and they will not receive a refund.

• AREA OF SEATING
Our helicopter can accommodate six passengers in its seats.

• LIMITED WEIGHT OF HELICOPTER
The helicopter can carry a maximum of 450 kg of weight (baggage weight excluded).
Depending on the load and temperature, passengers are admitted, and the pilot's decision is final. Therefore, at the time of booking, passengers must give us their actual body weight.
If the helicopter's weight carrying capacity is exceeded, guests will be asked to disembark and the Heli-tour will be canceled without any reimbursement.

OVERWEIGHT DUE TO
Overweight fees are charged at the rate of INR 2,000 per kg. Passengers who weigh more over 75 kg will be charged for this. But just the entire excess weight will be used to determine excess weight.

Any disparity in the passengers' weights discovered before takeoff shall be collected and charged in accordance with the overweight standards.
Please Note: When entering your body weight, remember to round up to the next whole number to account for the weight of your shoes and clothing.

• DATE OF ARRIVAL
Flying dates (Day 02 of the tour) are reserved for our Chardham 5N/6D Heli-tours.
One day before the departure date, passengers are required to report to Dehradun.

DISCLAIMER FOR BAD WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE
Bad weather and various Force Majeure factors, such as delayed air traffic clearances and permissions, VVIP movements, Indian Air Force valley flying (NOTAM), sudden aircraft technical snags, crew illness, or delayed passenger reporting at helipads, can all affect flying in the hills.
In light of this, travelers need to be ready for any possibility and difficulty that may arise.
• All Indian passengers must share copies of their AADHAR cards, while international nationals must share copies of their passports.
HOTELS: ➢ DEHRADUN: Marriott's Fairfield or a comparable property (MAP basis – Dinner & Breakfast).
➢ KHARSALI: Holy Yamuna Hotel or something such (AP basis - all meals)

➢ HARSIL: Harsil Retreat or anything like (all meals on an AP basis)
➢ SERSI: Ghughuti Resort or comparable (all meals on an AP basis)
➢ BADRINATH: Vijay Lords Hotel or like (AP basis - all meals)
- Hotel policies can change suddenly.
- Only double or triple sharing is permitted when booking a room.
- A separate room for one person will be available for an additional fee of INR 40,000 per person (tax included).
All of the Dhams' hotels are non-star establishments. For our Heli-tours, however, we have carefully chosen the most cozy properties.
In order to avoid missing their return flights in the unlikely event that they become stranded at any of the destinations due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, we suggest our customers to allow an extra day for themselves at the end of the tour, in addition to the 5N/6D duration.

• ACCESSORY SERVICES
Any additional services that are not included in our inclusions list may incur additional fees, which must be verified with us at the time of booking.
• ACCOMMODATION AT KEDARNATH TOP: Pilgrims may reserve lodging at Kedarnath Top. Himalayan Heli, however, advises against pilgrims spending the night at Kedarnath Top because of the risk of altitude sickness and the absence of basic amenities like hot water, a heater, and medical support.

MEDICAL ACCIDENTS
If a passenger has a medical emergency while on the ground, Himalayan Heli will not be responsible.
Passengers are therefore hereby encouraged to kindly contact a doctor in your own interest.

In the event that a medical helicopter evacuation is required, the cost will be INR 1,20,000 per hour plus UCADA royalties, landing fees, and GST.

PAYMENT TERMS: o We take cash, checks, credit card, UPI, and bank transfers as forms of payment.
• A 50% down payment of the entire cost must be paid at the time of booking.

Fourteen days before the arrival date in Dehradun, the remaining amount would be collected.
o If complete and final payment for the tour has not been made, passengers will not be allowed to board or begin the tour.
o There is an additional 3.5% fee for credit/debit card payments made via a machine.
• There is a 4.5% surcharge for payments made using American Express or foreign credit cards.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
The following fees will be incurred if travelers decide to cancel their reservation:
o If the departure date is more than 25 days away: 30% of the total tour price.

50% of the entire tour fee if more than 15 to 25 days before the departure date.
o 14–08 days before the departure date: 75% of the entire tour price.
o Seven days or less before the departure date: Not Given Back
o No show: No money back.
o No refunds once the tour has started.

Refunds are relevant.
