Reservations for neighboring rooms, non-smoking rooms, or rooms on the same level are not always guaranteed. Due to overbooking at a hotel, sewage blockage, water or electricity outages, etc., the pre-booked hotel or the type of rooms reserved may be changed at any point during the tour.Hotels and resorts may have different check-in and check-out times depending on the city. Before making a reservation, please verify these times. Subject to hotel availability, early check-in and late checkout will incur additional fees. Reservations for Vehicles
We book cars on behalf of our clients. Our goal is to give our customers the greatest car and services available. We have no control over the price of gasoline or fuel, interstate taxes, car maintenance, tolls, and other expenses. The rates listed on our website are subject to change at any moment and without notice.In the event that the pre-booked car is not available, it may be substituted with a vehicle of a comparable type.Both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned cars can be reserved upon request. We shall not be held accountable if the air conditioner breaks down during the tour for any technical reason. Unless the car is in too bad shape to continue, there will not be any refunds or vehicle changes performed in between trips.

Modifications or adjustments made after booking
You must notify us in writing by mail if you would like to make changes to the previous reservation.Any changes or amendments to a reservation will be considered a new reservation, subject to availability at that time, and will incur an extra fee. You will be responsible for paying the extra expense. There will be an applicable amendment fee of Rs. 1000.

Policy for Cancellations
We will be notified in writing by mail if the reservation is canceled. Depending on the services, there will be cancellation fees. Hotel and airline cancellations will be handled in accordance with their respective cancellation policies.

A package tour cancellation may be made in the following ways:
25% of the total tour cost will be charged for cancellations made at least 30 working days before the tour's departure date.50% of the total tour cost will be charged for cancellations made between 29 and 16 working days before the tour's departure date.If you need to cancel fewer than 15 clear working days before the tour's departure date, you will be charged 100% of the total amount.

Payment Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the trip's departure date. The business may, however, request that you make the remaining payment at any time prior to 30 days from the date of departure.Due to a variety of circumstances, including changes in exchange rates, special or high-season fees imposed by suppliers, rising fuel prices, travel plans, increases in government taxes or visa fees, or any other reason prior to departure, we reserve the right to modify the tour's prices and our fees. No reimbursement for services that are not used
No reimbursement or compensation will be given for unused services. The company will not offer a refund or any other services as compensation for any services that you do not use, regardless of the cause for your failure to do so.
