The customer understands that the company is merely a tour operator and that any reimbursement for any service(s) that the service provider did not deliver or for any other reason that the user is entitled to a refund is contingent upon the company getting payment from the relevant service provider. The user understands that THE COMPANY will not be responsible for any non-refund or delay in receiving payment from the service provider.
